In all honesty, on both visits with Talia she entered the room "sternly", making me wonder what I was in for. But once we started talking, she quickly warmed up, taking a sincere interrogation of all my symptons, evaluating all my comments, and following each with more questions, demonstrating her thoroughness and knowledge. I LOVED IT! ANSWERS I HAD NEVER HEARD AND MADE SENSE!I have a growing great respect and appreciation for Talia Wilson after 2 GREAT EXPERIENCES, even if they started a little cool.

It when better than I thought it would, most pain management places treat you like a junky, and dismiss your concerns an views. Talia Wallace was a breath of fresh air! I felt she heard me!!!!

If I could rate the provider higher than 10 I would have.

This N.P. Bedside matter to me was very hard. She left me feeling like the pain that I have is in my head or made up to receive pain medicine because I am faking it. I am very sad and upset about this visit. I have not received the information that I was told that the next step should be as well as office visit summary.

Talia Wallace talked to me in a demining manor. I was giving a cane by the veterans hospital due to my lower back injury and she told me I don't see no cause of you being in pain because I don't see it in your medical records. I was diagnosed with a disability from VA with the injuries and she speaks contrary to what the records indicate. Disrespectful!!

Very good experience. Everything was explained very well in detail. The customer service was excellent.

This was a first visit and EVERYONE was amazing and very helpful... The first time someone offered explanation of why I'm in so much pain and give me hope ..in being able to help with my pain... I loved the provider.. Mrs Wallace and the staff...

This was my first time coming there. The doctor was very knowledgeable, she examined me ,showed where the pain could be coming from. She was very nice and friendly. My only complaint is that I received 13 pages of information that I had to provide the day before my appointment. I felt should have been mailed out days or weeks before so I had to rush and fill them out or either I couldn't have my appointment that day if those papers weren't filled out.

Ms. Wallace is an asset to Dr. Pellegrino's office. She was friendly, helpful & explained everything very clearly. She played an integral part in getting me the care I need.
