service very very bad I try appointment so many time they don’t answer

I found his office very unprofessional and chaotic. Dr. Le obviously over-books to the point that the patient is left waiting hours to see the doctor and his office staff can not do their job so they do things to cut corners like make it the patients responsibility to know what their co pay is and if the patient's guess is wrong the office charges the patient an extra $5 for the office's trouble.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had no prep, he just walked in, asked me a question, ignored me... demanding that I just rip my pants down and bend over. When I explained that I had no idea this was happening today- that he would be needed me to be naked, he was condescending told me "what did you expect coming here?!! of course I have to examine you, now take off your pants so I can see your butt!" NO JOKE. Then he repeatedly wiped me all over, touching every personal area of my lower region, which I did call him out on saying that I did not want to get a UTI... and how he did it, with no reason to was beyond perverse! My mother, a retired RN, for over 50 years said she NEVER had an experience like that, they SHOULD have told me what was happening that day, they SHOULD have given me a gown at least to put on and left when I changed, they SHOULD have draped me, he should NOT have made me get on my knees and bend over so humiliatingly!!!! He's a bad man. Very bad man.....

People I know personally that actually work with him in the operating room gave excellent reviews based on his surgical expertise & skill. Even a patient in his waiting room said out load that this surgeon was worth the xtra waiting time. Be patient in the waiting room PATIENTS!! & have all your stuff ready. The staff is very efficient and organized but the front office girl will be irritated if you don't have your stuff reafy. It's the impatient patients or the unprepared patients that show up late forget their insurance card & don't have their stuff together that cause delays. And it's always the inconsiderate demanding, patients that think they are the ONLY patient on earth that give bad reviews. Remember he is very booked and busy but he knows what he is doing. You are not the only patient in need.

The doctor had scheduled a surgery on patient with a heart attack history, but didn’t do a pre-op.

Poor Dr. and watch out they could try to charge/steal more money from your pocket besides the insurance .....

Muy mala atención del personal

i was referred to this Dr for the surgery by primary physician. He diagnosed the problem & scheduled my surgery a week later knowing that I was in severe pain. I've ended up in the emergency room and had my surgery done with another surgeon as he was out of town. Very bad experience with this doctor and cause a lot of pain & suffering. I feel that he cared more for the money than his own patient.

Bad surgery ,, bad pain for my son .. Last year my son has made a surgery with the doctor..

Dr. Le himself is great. I received care from Dr. Le due to an emergency room visit that required immediate surgery and Dr. Le was on call. On my follow up visits he was just as great. The only thing I didn't like was his front office staff. They were not very pleasant through most of the experience. I dealt with Tu (sounds like Tu) regarding my bill and she was awesome though.
