Dr. Tamara Elizabeth Chittenden, MD

If I could give negative stars I would. This so-called doctor had my father dead in six months and never clearing his stroke, which I have to say it’s been over six months and he’s back home living a mostly normal life with no thanks to her. I guess any doctor that has to be affiliated with Lancaster Health and Rehabilitation was never going to be a superstar but please don’t listen to anything she says if you’d like to live.

I am a former patient of Dr. Chittenden. I still talk about how good a doctor she is. Her patience, bedside manner, and excellent care cannot be forgotten. She really listens to you so that she can make a proper diagnosis. J. Roberts

Couldn’t take the time to ensure the comfort of my dying father who she was responsible for seeing, wouldn’t write a standing order for pain meds or Valium even though she was supposed to be working hand in hand with hospice, tried to have PA pass herself off as a Dr...if you have an elderly loved one please don’t use her if you care about non judgmental quality care of the whole person

Best doctor ever.

I have been looking for her to reappear since she left in February. We need her back. She is one in a million and I trust her with my life for sure.

I think she is great and her professionalism is on the up and up.

Dr. Chittenden is a rare physician who lets you participate in their care. She listens and reacts not just to "tests" and lab reports but to what the patient is saying. Rare indeed. She is detail oriented but does not do tests and procedures, just to do them. Rate her highly.

She is rare - You don't feel like just a number... she actually cares!
