Dr. Tamara Garcia

After being seen by many a dentists, I have to regretfully admit that in a matter of minutes Tamara Garcia (who currently works for SmileBest and/or Brident) was able to bring down the whole profession of dentistry in my eyes due to her work ethic. Acting as an illiterate and accusing a patient of threatening her of malpractice (which no one in the audience around her would repeat was a true statement); she refused to attend to us because we simply decided to make her aware that a previous experience was not a good one. She immediately jumped to conclusions, "felt" threatened and relayed through the office staff that she would rather not take us in as a patient. She is utterly disrespectful, very judgmental and of course unsure (and definitely not proud) of how well her work is because she is afraid of getting a bad reputation if anything goes awry. All this, because a previous temporary crown fell off and she was being made aware of the bad experience. Avoid SmileBest and/or… Brident and definitely avoid Tamara Garcia at all costs. She should be stripped of her title and disbarred from practicing dentistry.
