Very hard too find a number for you office.

Did not show interest in physical complaints. I became very ill, requiring to miss a lot of time from work. My supervisor advised me to get my Dr to fill out forms for FMLA. I had made an appointment to go to another much better Dr, but had to settle for her as the Dr of record. I explained to her what I was going thru she put in next to nothing of what I said, putting me in something totally different than what I said, and charged me $35.00 to fill the form out incorrectly on top of my 30.00 copay. After returning to her office several times for the changes required. She stated she did not believe I had pain more than 1 time per week for 2-3 hours. I was then diagnosed with a condition that causes extreme pain that may last for days at a time. I would never go back nor suggest her to anyone.

You can never reach office. When they moved, they left no message stating new phone number or address. If you need a low dose anxiety medication that how have been on several years already, you are treated like a drug seeker , made to miss work to come in every single month for a refill AND have to take a drug screen that YOU have to pay for. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Ok I tried to post a detailed explanation and it kept telling me I could not use profanity, which I absolutely was not! But after trying to post several times it makes me want to lol So in short, I was looking for a new pcp that accepted my new insurance, and a dr that was familiar with my medical problems.found dr mayo.. We sat down , she asked two questions. Why was I changing dr and what were my medical issues. I explained everything to her as she sat quiet, no questions, comments, suggestions, . I felt as though she was disinterested . When I finished she stood up, said she would be back. Never came , I spoke with office staff, I had no advice, no perscription , no referral, nothing! Nurse offered me to schedule a follow up. For what? She didn't do or say anything.

She is not helpful in finding diagnosis.

Dr. Mayo is very caring, patient, and genuinely concerned about her patients. I would definitely recommend her as a doctor.

I was referred to this doctor by another physician. The visit started out very nicely except for the fact that a few patients and I were waiting for the staff to return from lunch, but they did not post a sign or anything. The nurses were very friendly and welcoming; I was very impressed with them, so I give a 1-star rating for that. I was expecting to get some answers for some symptoms that I've been having for quite some time now, but after telling the doctor my problems she starts to ask me questions as though I'm having a psychiatric evaluation....are you with your baby's father, are you happy, do you get help with your child? I was completely thrown off, especially since I am a very well-educated woman and not ignorant to the fact of what she was doing. She dismissed everything I had to say, did not answer my questions, she just changed the subject each time; basically she treated me like I was 'crazy' and was not really experiencing these symptoms. I completely understand… that anxiety/stress can trigger numerous reactions in the body, but before making that your final diagnosis during my first visit with you, you should rule out other illnesses/diseases. Maybe it was the fact that I seemed to be an uneducated single-mother, and I'm on Medicaid, so I didn't get proper treatment. I left this appointment feeling very unhappy and discouraged by our healthcare system....this doctor was referred to me, but I would not recommend that you see her.

Doctor Mayo made me feel very welcome and relaxed on my first meeting with her. She took time in her examination of me. She asked many questions to bring out a good diagnosis of my condition. She made sure to check everything, even asking about things that would cause stress. I felt good and confident about the outcome of my visit.

The MD does not touch you, they may or may not call in your medicine instead of giving a Rx,and there is a chance it is called to the wrong place or not at all, I also had a charge on my EOB for a CXR which I never had, I wash also billed a higher copay once which when i inquired about they didn't have a record and of course I did not have my bank statement and jus did not follow up.
