Dr. Tamim Mohamad Al-Kharrat, MD

I would give Dr. Kharrat a zero if it would let me. I was under his care when I became very ill. He had a CR Scan done and it has been over a month and I have still not heard from him. I called his office during this time but never a return call. I finally went to ER and was hospitalized for a week with pneumonia and now have scarring of my lungs due to his lack of treatment.

I found Dr Kharrat to be very thorough. He is very supportive in improving the quality of my life. He touched on my medical history, my current issues, my CPAP. My current activity level and goals to improve.

Haven't actually had the follow up but he's a great Dr.

Rated staff courteous 4 star as their customer service skills are lacking the ability to hide their sense of being rushed and do not have adequate time to complete their daily tasks. This leaves me feeling unimportant and not welcome at the front desk. However, their words are kind. This is not the feeling I get when I am seen by the nurse and MD. They do take adequate time and the care is exceptional. Love the MD - awesome!!

He TALKED to me and explained my condition so well. He was willing to answer any questions and I didn't feel rushed. His plan of treatment was very thorough!
