Dr. Baker is caring, professional, and very knowledgeable about dentistry . She always makes sure that everything is done correctly! Wouldn't ever go to anybody else.

I used to have great faith in coming here and liked how I was treated, initially. Unfortunately, my last few visits were a total turn-off. This seems to have become an "up-sell" make money practice. Expensive Crowns are a very popular service here - even when a filling would do. Needed a large filling replaced that had come out, Dr.Baker refused to do so telling me I had to "have a crown as the tooth was cracked". Told them I couldn't afford a crown at that time and asked twice to please replace the filling that had broken. She refused and I was told to "come back when you can do a crown or sign-up for care-credit to pay for it". Had previously purchased their "whitening system/kit" - but they guard giving you any kind of generous amount of gel afterward, even though its included in buying the initial "kit". Previously inquired w/Dr.Baker about Lumineers over Veneers (as I didn't want my teeth shaved down to bits) and she became very testy, almost argumentative, over my… preference for wanting Lumineers (I guess since their practice did not offer). I no longer find them to be entirely credible, as the dollar seems to prevail here. Not to mention, there is a lot of attitude going on if you don't heed their suggestions. Ive happily taken my business elsewhere and had that CRACKED tooth filling finally replaced by another, more seasoned, dentist who said "your tooth is not cracked at all, its a large filling, but I would put another filling in here before a crown if it was my own tooth"!.

Dentists and technicians are amazing, but reception staff is awful.

Dr. Tammy Baker is such a pleasure to be around. Her caring, sweet personality makes the dental experience less stressful.
