Dr. Tammy Lamonica Boyd, MD

I have been to Dr. Boyd’s office a few times and I have rarely ever felt like I was actually being cared for and treated. Every time I see her she is always in a rush to get through my appointment, sometimes not even discussing the issues that I came to see her about. I never feel that I’m taken seriously or treated as a respected patient.

Dr. Boyd was referred to me by a friend who lives in Greensboro, and hails from Chicago. I have been a patient of Dr. Boyd's since 2015. I live at home in Connecticut, and I drive down once a year for my annual physical. She is a very good doctor and I wouldn't change being her patient because I live out of state. I have Aetna through my employer, Amazon, so I am covered.

Listens, thorough

I been seeing Dr Tammy Boyd at Wake Forest Care on Gate City Blvd for about 3 yrs.Thanks to her my health is improving alot.She knew I needed a test so she sent the referral,actually she sent two and I needed both. She ask questions,she does not spend time just going through the motions she gets down to the root of the problem and tell you the truth,she is very knowledgeable and she cares,she is real she don't put on no front like she loves you to pcs but I can tell she like me,she respect me and listen to me I am so thankful to have her as my doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Boyd for about 6 yrs., and found her to be an excellent Family Practice & Primary Care Physician. Dr. Boyd always makes sure that I understand my medications, and answers any and all questions. Her "Bedside Manner" is absolutely excellent, and she explains things in a manner understandable to anyone. She is always cheerful and she is very compassionate. My wife has started going to her (started in 2017), and she raves about on good she is and she thinks highly of her. She is the best!

I have been a patient of Dr. Boyd's for approximately four years and have found her to be most knowledgeable and compassionate. Unlike some doctors who will put you on 15 or 16 drugs at the same time she seems to be more knowledgeable and conservative in handing out prescriptions and far less interested in the kickbacks offered by some of the drug reps than my last physician. I highly recommend Dr. Boyd.

Very negligent.in the meds she choice to treat my osteoarthritis. Very very upset, disappointed and would never refer anyone to her.

Perhaps she was straight out of internship

i felt like she cared about my issues and wanted to help me with my preventive health. Her bedside manner was excellent!
