Two years or so maybe three Gov Kasich passed a law prohibiting all physicians from dispensing any narcotics to any patient any longer . Any narcotics would be dispensed by a licensed pain clinic that would be governed by the state which is Ohio at this time. And who would be receivedg the monies. You would make an appointment at the clinic your Family Physician would refer you to. You make the appointment and go for your first visit .Several tests were performed then or different tests at other appointment. You given a form to fill out that had 4 pages or so back to back. I don't remember given a copy to take home . It was very intense not to mention many forms of the wording were to indicate he's or no yet meaning numerous meaning lets just say you had a Rx bottle for Vicodin in your purse. Your were at home and going to a big party evening wear set up. You decided to change hand bags and not the the Rx bottle with you. . You took your prescribed dose before you left… leaving the Rx bottle at home where it was safe.On Monday you had a Dr appt with the pain Dr. They ask how many you had left . You responded you had t take. Any asinine Friday because you forgot you .eff you Rx I'm you other hand bag at home . They were not misplaced or lost you just did t have the with you. They refer the letter you signed in the beginning and you were also against regulations you signed. There fore you were o ly here to get extr drugs . I said that is so. Then they said DrDann is. Ever here for appt pm Monday only on Friday. My appt was. Friday I said I was sorry I thought it is was today Well that went against st me so the the nurse o was going to give you a urrine s Test. It since I know you are only here for drugs you will not get a u. I de a dead a test since I had not taken any over the weekend she still dema des a no I walked outside the room told a manager that is not right I should be a loud to to take one. Then is she wants o e give her one. I went back same as the month before and ga e the, my handbag to hold while I was on the restroom. Only this time a RN came inside clocked the doer and g are me a cap to urinenate and I said are you staying in here with me she Said absolutely I am.How embrassing I was bleeding . I said I have never been so missed treated as if I was drug addicted and that is exactly what you wanted to to feelI let there no Rx which I would have received on July6 I believe. I left just furious for the way I was treated by the interior staff. They said they would call me on next day or Monday and or the next day to let me know what the Dr Dann said Sne said would suspended me permamtly For amd OPOIDS that I will never be able to get for life no. No want. I had back surgery Dr Damm refer. E to said that was the the reason for. U severe pain pain of arthritis in the spine within 1 week I had surgery and after surely I have had no OPOIDS did that deliberately to me. She took 3 whole hrs of my life . Someme needed to check her purse is not meta.lysts Le to take care of patients with painl .

Dr. Tammy Dann is awesome, she takes her time with you and is very caring, I've been a pain patient since 1994 and she is the best Dr. I've ever had. The staff is a whole different story they are rude and very non caring along with the PA that works at St. Mary's hospital. That's the problem she's very intimidating and in approachable. Only get to see Dr. Dann when she doesn't know what to do, she is not a asset to that office.

Dr. Dann takes the time to talk to her patients and truly cares about their wellbeing.

Her staff is rude and not sympathetic at all with regards to your pain & suffering. Most of the nurses and Physicians assistants make you feel like you are some kind of crazy person just wanting medications and shows little to no true concerns for the pain you are experiencing...That should be first and foremost... Maybe there are many people just wanting medications but that does not apply to everyone...

This Dr. wants too make as much money as she can. She believes she is better then other doctors who have gave you the same injection before. You expain after going through four different injections from four different facilities and none of them controll your pain. She still wants inject you and run up the bills or she refusces to give you any type of pain medication and she will write a review in her medical records placeing you in a category of a addict. At the age of seventy with cancer and many other chronic conditions , I certainly don't need to play her medical games.
