Summary
Dr. Mikulik attended the University of Texas at Austin from 1985-1988 and transferred to University of Texas Health Science Center to obtain her B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1990. She furthered her education at Hardin-Simmons University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2012 in anticipation of expanding her knowledge and entering the academia world. Her greatest areas of interest include education, geriatrics, neurological disorders (with a special interest in spinal cord injury and Parkinson’s Disease), chronic pain management, orthopedics, vestibular disorders/balance disorders, and any movement disorders which are challenging and require additional research and fortitude to help the individual reach maximum independence and achieve individual goals.
