We saw Dr Iman and it first seemed that her questioning was very through. We had waived over an hour but we're very happy to be seen by an expert because my sons' symptoms were so severe. After about 10 minutes I had asked her if she had read any of the information that we had filled out prior to our appointment. She stated that she had not and was just then getting a basic understanding of what was going on. We stopped all meds that were prescribed by his pcp and started a PPI. We were given follow up instructions. Wherever we called in to "follow up", we were given various reasons as to why Dr Iman couldn't see us and the reasons kept changing. We were even told to be advocates for our child and make sure that he be seen. Much later we are now dealing with over 12,400+ bill and she has even admitted to missing things and has not documented meds and so our insurance will not pay. 10/2017 The office is refusing to help and our insurance is even trying to get information and… states this is rediculious. We are going to have to file a formal complaint.
