I wish I had found her sooner. Very knowledgeable and caring

I had an issue that I called twice about on two separate occasions. the front desk person (who has no medical experience) returned my call. I could tell that they did not understand the medical terminology and wanted to speak with the doctor. I never received a call from the doctor but was told to go to the ER by the front desk staff. The office never followed up with me. I called back with the same issue and again the front desk returned the call. I need the doctor to call me so i can inform her of my issue and not someone who knows nothing about medicine

I had her for a few years and things changed. I was very disappointed with the last 2 visits and one of the staff members (Dr. Kotaks PA) actually told me if I needed anything to go back to the ER and get it. That was extremely rude. I will never go back there.

I have been going to her for 2 years and have never had a problem. Then I broke my ribs and went to the ER. they gave me pain pills for 3 days then said go to your primary care which I did. She would not give me anything for the pain. She got a new PA and when she said No I asked to see Dr. Kodak and she wouldn't see me. I called several times and asked if Dr. Kodak would call me back show me the respect of explaining this to me. But she refused. I was very hurt and felt very disrespected.. I will never go back. I have called many physicians and left messages and they always call me back.. She showed her true colors...at the expense of my pain. I found another doctor that helped me immediately.

Excellent, friendly, caring physician

My daughter is a current patient and needed to see the doctor due to a high level of stress and anxiety caused by a medication prescribed by Dr. Kotak. Verses attempting to work her in, they advised it would be over two weeks before she could be seen, which is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to prescription side-effects. Obviously true patient care is not an issue for her office staff, as they were rude and completely uncaring. We will be taking our business to a more professional group.

Office staff do not give timely follow up calls or call you back at all. I was prescribed an antibiotic as well as blood work to be sure it was the correct med. 8 days later I got a call about it. After I had taken the full prescription. Also I was not informed about the huge lab fees from my Pap test. I have no insurance and was floored at the $643.00 lab fee. I should have been told about that! When I called to ask about it, I was told they would call me back the next day. They never called.

Great office! She actually cares, I actually enjoy seeing her. She friendly, personable, and caring. I can always call the office anytime during business hours for questions. The office is very prompt in responding, even though they say " we will get back to you by the end of the day or the next"! Sues awesome even though, she says 24 hour response. She usually gets back to you within an hour or so! Go SUE. Let's not for get Georgina, she's a sweet heart, gentle, and caring. Dr. Tanuja M. Kotak, MD Best primary Docotor, I have come across. I can always count on her. She tries her best to help with your medical needs, and goes over her medical plan, and her thoughts with you. She will sit with you until you understand. I've had some rough months and the first day I met her, I just poured my heart out to her. I don't cry much. But something about her personality that allows you to be very open with her. It kind is feels like a family. I walk in and I'm greeted by name, and they… remember last month or 3 months before. I had surgery they all wished me luck. Went in a month after surgery. I walked in the first thing every asked in the office " how did it go". I have other doctors half the time they can't even spell my name right, or I wait for hours. Long review. Might be all over the place.
