I found the Dr to be rude and in a hurry when I needed a biopsy for skin cancer on 2 spots on my nose. She refused to take a sample on one spot, made an angry face and walked away. This allowed the cancer to grow for an additional 6 months. This was in Feb. before Covid19. For myself, I would not trust her to treat anything more than dandruff or pimples. She does not like to answer my concerns and was more interested in the next customer. One time when a biopsy was either "lost" or inconclusive she to me to go somewhere else because she did not think that insurance would pay again. Sadly, at one time she was excellent. Very disappointing. Sincerely. Joe T

Provider is friendly and polite. Good doctor as well. Provider prefers to do full skin check by asking patient to remove one article of clothing at a time versus donning a robe. This makes a lot more work for patient. Lastly, if patient is being seen for full body skin check, she tends to shy away from looking at sensitive areas. Not sure I am getting my copays worth. Last derm was very thorough.

Worse experience in a doctor's office and I'm 66 years old. I was in and out in 5 minutes. She could of cared less what I wanted to show her. I had 3 spots I wanted removed, she couldn't care less. I can't wait to see what the bills. During the 20 minutes I was there, I can't even count how many people came and went. It was like cattle. What a disappointment. Now I have to search again.

She found a questionable mole, decided on a biopsy, was melanoma, called me at home allowing me to get immediate attention. Probably saved my life.

Staff unfriendly. Dr seemed good during biopsy but never got back to me with results. After calling the office for a week and getting no answer, a recording telling me to call during office hours..which I did ,or a busy signal I drove to the office only to be told by an unfriendly receptionist ..we are busy so that's why they don't answer their phones. No excuse for the Dr not to call me with the the biopsy results. All the reviews were negative for this office but I took a chance anyway. My advice is do NOT go to this office!!!! If they are so busy they cannot call you with results(pretty scary waiting to hear if you have cancer) then maybe they are taking on more patients than they can give proper care to.
