Dr. Tanya R Davis-Spaulding, MD

I had an emergency and in the ER was told to call Tanya R. Davis, MD. to schedule an appointment. Called for 3 days and no one has yet to call back. Dr. today are just sad. NO CUSTOMER SVC with PAYING INSURED CUSTOMERS.

She is a good Doctor..

The doctor's schedule is very inflexible (as is her staff). I guess my time is irrelevant. Unacceptable! The person who answers the doctor's phone, Ms. Candace, is rude, overly aggressive, cuts you off in mid-sentence (when she ask you a question), and displays a very unprofessional telephone manner. Unacceptable! I have been trying to get an appointment for over a month now, only to have my consult appointment re-scheduled at the last minute. This has happened two consecutive times. Unacceptable! I was told, by Ms. Candace, certain paperwork would be mailed to me in advance, it was was not. Unacceptable! A complete waste of time. Life is too short. I am choosing another option for this service. So should you.

Physician is unprofessional. She was late for colonoscopy and never apologized. Barely spoke to me and was annoyed when questions were asked. No bedside manner

I visited Dr. Davis complaining of discomfort and bloating. She didn't listen to anything I said. I brought a bottle of enzymes she didn't even look at them. After talking and an examination where she listened to me breathe in 5 different spots (Yes that was the entire exam) she recommended I keep a journal of my food and take a lactose intolerance medication. I patiently listened and then asked if that is all she had. I basically walked out. Complete waste of my time. Blown away that this Dr. can even practice.

This Dr. listen and analyzed my disconforts. ,Did the surgery I went home and recovered . I still take the pink or blue pill only if I eat something acidy. She listened to my pain and solved it. Also made me decide how to eat better because of my condition!

Visited doctor for seemingly pain in chest area near breast bone. She advised me to check with a cardiologist. I had visited the cardiologist several times prior and I went again. Nothing was wrong. I went back to her and told her of the same pain in chest. She told me to buy Zantac. Also went there for a routine colonoscopy along with this pain. After scheduling me for a colonoscopy, etc. she cancelled it and said I did not need one...(after I spent money for prep and other liquids) She gave me a upper sonogram and told me to take Zantac and said I did not need a colonoscopy! I thought about it and said maybe she is right....a few months later....blood in the stool and continued pain in my chest. I went to another doctor---got an upper and lower endoscopy. Diagnosis----Hernia in the esophagus and and OK colon. I was being serious about my pain and she did not take me seriously....did she think I just wanted to visit her....NOT!

......a colonoscopy. If you want a gastro that is truly concerned about your internal health, look elsewhere. While I have had a colonoscopy by her, I went for another potentially dangerous issue identified elsewhere. She gave the stupidest look, hemmed and hawed and referred me to a surgery center without even trying to check what was wrong with me! Excuse me, aren't you a gastro, aren't you supposed to check everything in the gastro system? Will look elsewhere!

Dr. Tanya Davis Spaulding and her staff are very courteous and professional. I have always gotten an appointment right away when needed and prescriptions called in right away.

Not listening to symptoms and not curious about my condition. Ended the appt by writing me a prescription for an OVER THE COUNTER medication. Not worth the effort.
