Both of my children see Dr. D and she has been so great to us! I wouldn't want to ever take them anywhere else.

The Dr. Herself is great. If you can get in. Every single time my grandson is sick we can never get an appointment. What good is having a Dr. if you can't get into see them

My Daughter loves her, she is so sweet and gentle, makes her feel at ease.

My child NEVER once seen the doctor when he was sick. Each time, she would not work him in and I had to take him to Huntsville to the Pediatric ER. He became very ill during Christmas, and when I called after hours, she asked why/how did I get through because her line should have been open only for "true emergencies." My son also has skin issues that still remain unresolved after sixteen months. Readily and quickly switching pediatricians. Visits were also very rushed.

My kids & myself love Dr.D! She is the best & takes up time with the kids to make them feel comfortable & at ease. They have always work with me to have my children seen when necessary. I am thankful my children have such a great peditrician!

I have two sons. One 4, the other 10 months. We have always seen Dr D and we really like her but we will be finding a new pediatrician because it is so incredibly hard to get in to see her. On numerous occasions when I've called for a sick visit, the receptionist ask what is going on and tells me the nurse will call me back.. It normally takes several hours for them to call me back. Unless you just absolutely demand to come in, they give you the run around. I've spoke with the doctor before on how hard it was to get in and she apologized and was very nice but it hasn't changed any. I called at 830 am this last time. Left a message for the nurse explaining what was going on and left a call back number. No one ever called bac so I called again at 1. Receptionist took my call in a hurry and said the nurse would call me back. At 2, when I still hadn't heard from them, I called back and ask if I could please just bring my 10 month old in and I was put on hold and then told no they were… way too busy to see me today and the nurse would call me back instuctions

My daughter had an appointment and they called to confirm it and when we took her up there for her appointment they had canceled it because the doctor wasnt going to be in today! and then I called to bring my daughter in because she was very sick and not herself but the receptionist answered the phone got the nature of my call and then informed me that I needed to take her to a walk in clinic because Dr. De La Vergn decided she wasnt going to come in that day! HORRIBLE DOCTOR TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THE VET FIRST!!!!!!!!!
