Do not recommend. Dr. Kalmar is utterly lacking in compassion and emotional intelligence. Saw her in Sept 2020 in my second trimester after having 3 prior losses. I asked about my risk level to this current pregnancy based on that history and her response was “someone has to be the one in 64.” She continued to be demeaning the entire appointment.

All the positive comments that you find here are true. It is the best gyn appointment that I have ever had. Dr. Kalmar is very patient and a good listener. She solved all my doubts and heard all my concerns with a lot of professionalism. It did not matter how long this took. There was no rush. I am so grateful to have had this appointment!

I am always nervous going to the doctor. I had a gyn appt with a dr I had not been to . I really like Dr Tanya Kalmar. She is professional and has a nice way of putting you at ease. Spends time talking and does not rush you.

Dr. Kalmar was so amazing through my high risk pregnancy! She always made me feel safe and always had answers to my concerns/questions! As I watch my daughter grow, I am grateful and thankful to Dr. Kalmar for being so awesome and taking such great care of us!!! Thank you!!

I had so many questions and was so overwhelmed by previous diagnosises. She was patient and explained medical terminology in a way I found easy to understand. Finally, someone who I can speak to without feeling rushed and who understands my concerns.
