Awesome Dr! Takes the time and listens to you! Really cares about you, your health!! Staff are polite and Lucille is awesome as a nurse. Would recommend anyone to go see Dr. Medina!

I have been going to Dr. Medina for over 15 years. I have definitely noticed the change in the office staff over the years. The doctor and Lucille are sweethearts but that doesn't make up for the rude staff. I called with a billing question and was spoken to very harshly by the staff for no reason. I was being as polite as possible in case they were having a bad day. What good is all the Jesus pictures and music when the staff has no care in their heart for their fellow humans? The office staff and her mother can use active listening skills training and just an ounce of compassion and patience. I have never called a business and received such horrible service over the phone like I did today. So sad to see a good doctor's image marred by the office staff's rudeness.

Dr Medina, Dr T is one, if not, the best MD in Osceola County

Patient for several years.For three visits I presented facts about my condition and Dr.Medina did nothing to change my medication ,send me to a specialist, nothing. She seemed preoccupied. She is a nice person and was a good doctor. I believe she is taking on too much and cutting hours at the same time. Her staff is nice to your face and on the phone they talk over you, rush you and treat you like you don't know anything. Very sad to have left her, but I felt I had no choice.

I have been a patient with Dr Medina for years- since she was in Kissimmee. And I'm sorry to say that she has become a poor doctor when it comes to listening and taking the time to speak to her patients. I was there a few days ago for a physical and was not allowed to ask ANY questions. I was told several times by the nurse that no questions may be asked during my visit and that I would need to book another appointment to address any questions! And the question had to do with my visit! I was horrified! Dr. Medina walks in, very rushed, and I had to practically urge her that I had a pertinent concern that day! I felt I had to beg her to address my question! I'm sorry to say I will be looking for another doctor. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me under her care. My health is TOO important to place in the hands of someone who has little or no time to listen to her patient's concerns.

The staff never answers the phone. You always have to leave a voice mail. It takes them 3-5 days for them to return your call. If you are ill the best thing for you is to go to the ER due to she is never available. You have to make the appointment months in advance. She allows the staff to walk around the office without shoes. I think that was pretty disgusting.

I believe if you are going to work at a Dr. office shoes should be require. It is not OK to see the employees walking around the office without shoes. I think it's unprofessional and disgusting.

Listens to my viewpoint. Has helped me several ties with respiratory infections. Takes time with me and is caring and shows real concern. Best doctor I have ever had.
