Tanya is fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She is knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, down to earth, compassionate, empathetic, and patient. She is thorough and discusses all of my medical issues during my office visits in order to understand how they relate to and/or impact my heart failure. She is efficient because she takes care of all of my needs during my appointments, answers all of my questions, and never makes me feel rushed. She is easy to reach via the portal, and personally responds to my messages if I request that she do so. I like that she and all of the staff at the heart failure clinic are so proactive because they know that heart failure symptoms can escalate quickly. They take my concerns seriously and address my issues promptly.

Tanya Munich is my guardian angel. I've never had a bad experience with her. I live in Harrisburg and drive to York because I trust her. The only time I will stop going to York is if she leaves or I die.

I cannot say enough good things about Tanya. She is knowledgeable, experienced, humorous, down to earth, and compassionate. I feel that she cares about me as a patient and as a person. I have many complex issues, and she treats my heart failure while taking my other issues into account and trying to do what is best overall for my health and my quality of life.
