Dr. Tapan Pandya, MD

Doctor is fine but his front office is incompetent and rude and the only reason I won’t be back. Screwed up my appointments multiple times including an important record he requested and then got defensive, argumentative and rudely talked over me with major attitude like a middle school tween. Took zero accountability for her multiple mistakes. Zero professionalism. And the cherry on top is when I asked for a manager she hung up on me and continued to hang up each time I called back like a CHILD. Her office buddy isn’t much better. They must have had their professional and patient courtesy training from a Jerry Springer show audience. And I say she because she refused to give her name.

I wouldn’t let anyone I love and care about be seen by this incompetent brainless so called physician. He is proof that you can score the lowest and still be a Doctor! Him and the infectious control doctor didn’t appropriately treat my mother therefore causing her death. As a professional myself I will seek for him and others to lose their license for negligence and malfeasance. Run!!!! Don’t let him treat you or your family. Ever!!!

Dr. Pandya is an excellent doctor. He is thorough, caring, and bright. I highly recommend him. He is an excellent pulmonologist.
