She took her time explaining what she knew about my compliant and what we still needed to get to the bottom of and exactly why. She offered a clear course of action for my treatment as well as next steps if my treatment required continuation. The office staff, especially Maggie, her assistant, were great the entire time, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I can see why they have consistently high ratings.
