Dr. Tara Dutta, MD

Dr. Tara Dutta is a neurologist who earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland Program. She completed her residency training at the University of Maryland Medical System and Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, followed by a fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical System in 2014. With 17 years of experience in neurology, Dr. Dutta brings extensive expertise to treating conditions affecting the brain and nervous system. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Dutta practices at WellSpan Neurology in York, Pennsylvania, and maintains affiliations with Martinsburg VA Medical Center. She specializes in caring for patients who have experienced strokes and those with brain dysfunction conditions, including children with encephalopathy. Her clinical skills include performing brain wave studies and CT scans, as well as providing therapeutic hypothermia treatment for critically ill patients.
