Dr. Tara Carr

Dr. Carr and her 4th year medical student made an excellent team in delivering the care I needed. I could not recommend her and her team more strongly. I was very ill and had seen several other doctors (both generalists and specialists) who I felt did not listen to me and who definitely did not give me any answers with regards to what I was experiencing. Dr. Carr and her team took the time to TRULY listen to all of my symptoms, review all of my medical records, and review all of the documents I had brought with me (food/symptom log, personal medical history summary, family medical history summary). Dr. Carr reassured me that I was going to be okay and that we were going to come up with a treatment plan together to get me better. Quite different than the depleted and hopeless feeling I had when I arrived, I left my appointment feeling confident that I was going to be in good hands and that I would heal and be okay. There is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Carr saved my life, and she did it… with the utmost care and kindness. I felt safe. I felt heard. I felt hopeful again. I will never forget Dr. Carr and what she has done for me. If it is difficult to get in to see her (it can be) it is because she is an excellent doctor who provides the absolute best care. She is worth the phone calls and the waiting to get scheduled.

Dr Carr and her staff were very attentive, and answered any question and concern I had about adding allergy shot therapy to compliment my other oral asthma medications.

Dr. Carr is a highly qualified Asthma specialist. She established a warm, caring relationship with me and helped me control my severe asthma. I strongly recommend her!

Dr. Carr has been one of the best doctors I have ever meet. She is kind, carrying and knows she is talking about. Knows how to explain things and make the patient feel the best. Always in a good mood, full of energy. I am glad to have her as my doctor and would recommend her to anyone needing her type of care.
