Dr. Tara Lynne Helfrich

I tried to see this provider for a new patient appointment. I found her to be very condescending and dismissive. I would not encourage anyone looking for someone compassionate and with a good bedside demeanor to go here. The whole appointment I sensed that she was just annoyed with me. I did not feel comfortable, supported or listened to at all. I do not think this woman actually cares about her patients. I strongly encourage nobody to go here. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. I have not seen a doctor for years due to intense anxiety and I will not see a doctor again unless it is a true medical emergency. If you have anxiety or depression, do not see this provider. She will judge you, condescend to you, and not take your concerns seriously.

Tara is top notch!! She truly cares for her patients and is the best patient advocate I have ever had!! Thank you Dr. Tara for truly listening and partnering with me you turned my health around and I am truly grateful!!
