Dr. Tara O'Connor, MD

Dr. Tara O’Connor, MD, is an obstetrician-gynecologist with Vernon & Waldrep OB-Gyn Associates in Dallas, specializing in comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care. She completed her OB/Gyn residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Hospital, where she received the Excellence in Obstetrics and Outstanding Resident Teaching Awards and served as Chief Resident. Since joining Vernon & Waldrep in October 2017, Dr. O’Connor has provided compassionate care spanning routine and high-risk pregnancies, gynecologic surgery, and office-based management of diverse women’s health conditions. She is committed to individualized care and multidisciplinary collaboration to optimize outcomes for patients at every stage of life.
