I have been under Dr. Ray's care for many years. My problems were fairly severe. My medications were not working. She used different meds to get me well and did not give up on me. For quite a while now I have been well again. I remain under her care and the meds are working. I would recommed her to anyone who needs care.

This woman is not keeping things to herself patients to staff . She can't keep her mouth shut and she fails to realize she's breaking laws .

She told me out of the blue recently after seeing her for a year that she had to many patients and I had to go somewhere else to see someone and she would contact me . But I knew she wouldn't and she didn't . I just don't really care though about that . She's not doing her job and breaking laws .

I called down there to make an appointment and told her everything . She seemed nice but wanted me to wait three months to see her because she said she was over booked . Well then she called into a month and said go see another psychiatry person and here's the name . Address . So fourth . I am giving a poor rate because of the lack of skills she has and not doing her job .

Dr. Ray amazes me with all the detail she remembers about me from one visit to the next and the GENUINE concern she gives me. Before becoming a patient of Dr. Ray's, I had been under the care of a "monster" who honestly gave me nightmares. I was being misdiagnosed for a physical illness, although I had been treating depression. The meds he prescribed pushed me over the edge and I lost 6 months of my life and reported him to the WV Medicine Board, to no avail. He was cold, impersonal and I had major trust issues with him. I've been a patient of Dr. Ray's for so long now, she feels more like a friend. I couldn't imagine trusting my mental and emotional health to anyone else.

Dr. Ray listens to you and cares about what happens to you. You are more than just a number to her. I have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes and her staff is top-notch. I always get reminder calls and I've been with her since she opened her office. Wonderful caring doctor for anyone who needs this.
