Tara Lyn Rhodes, NP

Tara Rhodes, DNP, is a family nurse practitioner specializing in sleep medicine at the Budge Sleep Center in Logan, Utah. She supports patients in Cache County, Rich County, Box Elder County and surrounding communities, with clinical interests in sleep medicine, preventive health and wellness, and patient education and empowerment. Tara enjoys helping patients understand how their sleep, daily habits, environment, and overall health work together—and how small, meaningful changes can improve their quality of life.

As a provider, Tara strives to combine clinical expertise with empathy, listening carefully to understand each patient's unique needs and goals. She enjoys supporting patients as they learn more about their bodies, build healthier routines, and make informed decisions about their care. Her approach is rooted in empathy and active listening. She believes every patient deserves individualized care and a true partnership in decision making.

Born and raised in Utah, …Tara has lived in Box Elder County her entire life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. Their family spends summers traveling across the country for livestock shows. Tara also loves reading, making sourdough bread, and going outside to do yard work.
