Dr. Tarek Abou Ghazala is a great doctor. He is the best. He made my Mother feel safe and treat by a trusted Family member. People at the office are very nice, kind, caring and smiling which provide good atmosphere for the patients. My mother does not trust or listen to any advice except what Dr. Abou Ghazala recommends. He is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I was very impressed with the time, care and treatment he provided to my mother. My mother owes her life to Dr. Abou Ghazala, she might not be alive if he did not convince her to go to the hospital and follow his diagnosis and recommended the treatment. I am very grateful for Dr. Abou Ghazala. Thank you so much for all your effort and your staff effort

Terrible experience. Doctor not familiar with rare disorders and comorbities. Questioned twice about the validity of my rare condition regardless that I had two definitive diagnoses that I gave to him as reports from two qualified physicans from John's Hopkins and Georgetown. This doctor also told me to my face that I was fat and needed to lose weight AFTER I told him I was on medication for an eating disorder, which was also on my patient information forms...unbelievable. He also had his kid or his friend's kid in the room with him during my appointment. I made the terrible mistake of seeing this doctor due to convenience of his office and instead ended up wasting my time and a copay since I had to see a qualified cardiologist elsewhere. This doctor also tried to double bill my insurance and also submit another claim for a second visit/services I never scheduled, never attended and never had done. If I wasn't so mindful of the claims submitted to my insurance by checking the website… often, my insurance provider would have paid this guy 2 more times for bogus claims.

Dr. Abou-Ghazala is very compassionate as well as knowledgeable. He is extraordinary in the amount of time he spends with his patients, listening as well as informative. I have just experienced one of the most frightening events of my life, but through Dr. Abou-Gazala’s expertise and care I am on my way to a full recovery.

He is a great doctor who cares about his patients. He helped a lot.
