A 30 minute session includes: 10 minutes late, 10 minutes trying to convince the patient to medication that doesn't require insurance approval, and the final 10 minutes scheduling next "profit-meeting" preferably weekly or biweekly. Simply trusted in his care yet as these medications were inappropriate with side effects and inefficiencies abound, was told any medication that requires doctor approval is not worth his time. He will prescribe but patient must pay full price for medication as he doesn't get paid and not worth his time to contact insurance to fax insurance order for any insurance approvals for medication.
