I am grateful to have had a second chance to meet with Dr. Bhalla. After already having a diagnosis and scheduled surgery, my neurologist and a family member who has worked with Dr.B in surgery, convinced me to get a second opinion. Like many times before with other doctors, Dr Bahalla “will not” ask you why you’re there, and what he can do for you ! That is because he has already done the research on your case before he even steps in the room with you. I find him to extremely invested in his patient’s health and well-being. He is patient and listens to all your concerns and is very thorough discussing options. I find that he has a calm demeanor which takes my fears away. I never feel rushed or brushed off. Dr. Bahalla has explained in great detail, the risks of going for surgery now versus taking a more conservative approach, all well assuring me that the choices are always mine to make. He’s aware of next generation technology and is working closely with me monitoring my… aneurysm to ensure nothing changes. I highly recommend Tarun Bhalla, M.D., Ph.D. And his team is equally as invested in his patients. On another note, he spoke very highly of my previous surgeon making it very clear to me then if I chose to stay with my previous surgeon, I would be in good hands. In the end I choose Dr. Bahalla.
