Rude dirty..please do not use this group!!

Although the doctor performed a surgery that went well with no complications his time spent to discuss and inform on care was minimal. The biggest thing affecting this practice is the office staff. They are rude, cold, and unreasonable. MD performed surgery in a in network hospital as an out of network MD and practice is balance billing. Had no choice in MD as emergent surgery, generally contracts are made to write off balances in such cases but this practice has not even attempted to do so and are demanding full amount. Lets not forget to mention the fact that they were paid way more that an in network provider would have paid them and they still will not even work with us and continue to threaten collections. Reporting this practice to AMA, CMC, BBB. Stay away!
