If you feel overwhelmed, stressed out, hopeless, and full of worry, I am here to help you work through it! My goal is to help you reframe your stressors to help you identify more effective coping skills. Treatment modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Christian Counseling. I work mostly with adults ages 20 to 55.
