My husband and my daughter had a horrible experience. The staff was very rude to them. I am sad my 8 yr old daughter had to experience this.

In 1989 when I decided to change my Doctor who diagnosed me as a Glaucoma patient in early 1985, I went to a second one who referred me to Dr. Shamim as a glaucoma Specialist. After few tests Dr. Shamim told me that I had no glaucoma, and need to stop the medication I was taking. As of today, I am doing very well and keep up my regular check ups.

Dr. Tasneem was a true professional. She really took the time to answer and ask questions and make sure I was comfortable with her. She was very courteous and I certainly didn't feel like I was in a doctors office. Her staff is also super friendly and made sure that I had all the needed information when I left. They helped me pick out the best frames and lenses - they have a great selection - and set me up for a follow up.Highly recommended.

I wish to get better service from the office staffs. Dr. Shamim is very nice, that's why I go to her office.
