Dr. Tate Alexander Grimes, MD

I went through the entire home sleep study (several hundred $$), then did the in person sleep study (several hundred $$) then waited weeks to get my Cpap (also several hundred $$). The pressures were wrong but I had to get a paid appt with the Dr. to get it adjusted right. He didn't have to see me to diagnose me or prescribe the pressures originally but now all of the sudden I need to pay to "see" him as he only does telemedicine. It's a cpap mill. I've now been trying to get an appointment for weeks, meanwhile sleeping terrible the whole time. I recommend you find a real Dr. as what I'm experiencing doesn't seem legit.

My complaint is not with Dr. Grimes as much as his office staff. However, he has to be aware of their behavior, so maybe it is somewhat about about him after all. They never answer the phone, you have to leave a message which often does not get returned.

this is a fraudulent company. I received a bill from wellness in sleep2 - This is fraud, i have never set an appointment, I have never been to this Dr because I don’t have problems sleeping. The date of service on the bill was the date I went to a nutritionist, so someone from that office is either feeding patient information to this Dr or their computers are compromised. Either way it's Fraud and I will be reporting to the insurance company and my referring physician.

No service because this is a fraudulent company. I received a bill from wellness in sleep2 - a Dr. Tate Grimes referring Dr. Robert J long MD. This is fraud, i have never set an appointment, I have never been to this Dr or any Dr because I don’t have problems sleeping. This company is falsifying documents, this is identify theft at best.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a staff including the PA. They should probably working in a fast food establishment instead of a medical facility.

Dr. Grimes is exceptional. He took the time to really listen to my problem and I could not be happier with him. He really saved my life. I will be his patient for as long as he practices medicine
