I am truly appalled at the lack of service I received the day of this appointment. I was asked to arrive at 8:25 but did not see the nurse till 8:55, and then the doctor till 9:10. What is the point of asking us to receive so early to not receive service for so long? I have a job. Furthermore, the receptionist was unhelpful and cold, and the nurse was even worse! She was so rude to me, so unkind, and when she asked me about a nearby pharmacy and I couldn’t think of one, she ridiculed me. I was merely thinking of a nearby provider! That’s not even getting to the worst part of this visit - Dr. G was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I’d read poor reviews of her prior to my visit but I didn’t realize the extent of both her rush and her callousness. I came in to see her for a dermatofibroma and she gave me literally 2 sentences of information about it, one being “welcome to female adulthood.” Incredibly unhelpful and truly a show of age discrimination. This entire interaction took… about 40 seconds. She basically treats you like you’re too stupid to understand her so she either doesn’t bother explaining what your problem is, or she’ll ramble and talk at you and give you a threatening sort of sound bite to get you to do what she wants - I asked about some acne I’ve been experiencing, which she chalked up to hormonal imbalances. She asked me to remove my mask and literally said “ooh, that’s bad acne alright!” I have never seen such an insensitive and tone deaf medical provider. Truly appalling and terrible service. How is anyone supposed to feel comfortable asking for, or receiving care, when this is the manner with which they are treated? She then proceeded to tell me if I didn’t get back on birth control that I would get more acne, gain weight, and LOSE ALL MY HAIR. No joke. This lady said this. I’m a huge believer in birth control and women’s choice, but scaring someone into getting on birth control seems pretty unprofessional. Frankly I’m shocked at the lack of professionalism from all 3 people I interacted with on this day. I will not be recommending Sutter Health to anyone and would not be here if my insurance provider had not changed. I have 2 more appointments with your Fremont center so jury is still out but I will never, ever recommend Dr. G and fully intend to share my experience with others so they don’t have to have an entirely unhelpful and terrible healthcare experience.

I visited Dr. Tatiana to find the cause of my hair loss. After viewing my hair for one minute, she concluded that my receding hairline and hair loss at temples are normal. So I finally left without knowing the cause or how to identify normal or not. I had increased hair loss in the recent months with over 200 strands per day. Maybe I should visit another doctor for a second opinion in future.

Referred to her by my GP for acne concerns. She looked at my face for 20 seconds, declared that I had acne & folliculitis, and then "explained" these like I was a 12-year-old with a learning disorder. I do not appreciate being talked down to (as I'm sure no one does!), yet she treated me like an idiot for over 10 minutes. A few things she said: "This happens to guys in their 20s" - I'm in my early 40s. "It's genetic, you have a family history of it" - You did a genetic test in 20 seconds? And no, no one else in my family has trouble with chronic acne. "If you switch to a low-carb diet it'll help" - I've been on the Paleo diet for 10 years. I'm lodging complaints everywhere I can. Don't bother with her; she'll just waste your time and look down her nose at you.

I was told by her for four months that I had an immediate allergy to fragrance/nickel. After continuously asking to explore other options and testing to determine what the cause was, I learned I had Scabies mites for six months (I did not see her until two months into having this issue). She made me take so many steroid medications and lead me in the wrong direction before going to another dermatologist and being correctly diagnosed within a five minute visit. Not only did it ruin my quality of life, but it negatively affected my family members as they were infested with the mites as well. Now my skin is practically leather from all of the creams she gave me. Terrible service, no idea how she is specializes in skin treatment when she couldn't think to scrape my skin and view it under a microscope.

Dr. G is very smart, polite, communicative, effective - diagnoses were right-on. Did spontaneous mini in-office surgery as needed for an imbedded sliver. Treated warts. Provides Accutane care for acne. Very recommended.

horrible experience...went to just ask about my wart...she sprayed some chemical on that and charged 256$for that...i was not even told that i was going to be charged for that simple spray...funny thing is that wart is still there on my skin...i had to may so much money for the treatment which is not done properly...

Dr. G is amazing. Super efficient and knowledgeable- knew my diagnosis right away! Highly recommend.

This lady is just plain rude, felt like I was treated like a little kid

I am very happy with my dermatologist. She is quick, efficient, practical, down to earth, and always takes such awesome care of my skin and has cured my skin cancers. I recommend her to all of my friends and relatives.

I have had nothing but an amazing experience with Dr. G and her staff. She is an amazing doctor- very smart, caring, and down to earth. I highly recommend her.
