Dr. Tatiana Hamawi, MD

Not a fan of this Dr

She forgets past history, doesn't check labs, and tell you results until a year later when you see her again. I assumed all was well because I didn't hear anything about them. I even found things in my history that I never told her existed that were inaccurate. They got in there somehow and it wasn't from me! VERY judgmental about anything non-mainstream, even with studies that prove things work. Cares more about legalities than her patient as a whole. Really terrible!

She knows the 'stuff' and can help you get healthy. She was my doctor before I moved away. Now I returned and I want to see again.

I am always pleasantly suprised after leaving our appointments. There is always something that Dr. Hamawi or Alexina her assistant have gone above and beyond the call of duty on. At our most recent visit, there was a delay in getting in to see Dr. Hamawi. Alexina made it a point to come out and explain the delay. That doesn't happen at other places. I always feel that my appointment is relaxed(not rushed) and care is being taken so that all my questions are answered. I also feel that my kids are comfortable and trust her too. I recommend Dr.Hamawi to everyone I know looking for a positive change in their family's healthcare.

Dr Hamawi treats patients with care and concern to ensure they get the right treatment and understand what is needed after they leave the office. Her expertise in diagnosing the issue and treatment are superior. She spends the appropriate time with patients, considers past history, and advocates for her patients. She's a rare gem and excellent doctor for the whole family.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hamawi and her nurse Alexina. Myself and my family have been patients of Dr. Hamawi's for over 5 years now and Dr. Hamawi has always gone above and beyond for my family. While most doctors are trying to see as many patients as they can thus reducing patient time, Dr. Hamawi will take her time with you to answer all of your questions. There have been many times when one of my children have been difficult and she has come up with creative ways to check their ears or other things. She also diagnosed my thyroid problem which was very minor but other doctors had just brushed off. There have been many times when I have had to call her during off hours and she always returns my call with in minutes, even once when she was at a funeral. Alexina, her nurse is also wonderful and very effecient. She makes sure that the office is running smoothly in order to minimize patient wait time. I have never waited more than 10 minutes. I also want to… comment that Alexina is very helpful and knowledgeable. She has helped me with insurance, prescription, illness, and immunization questions through out the years. I have a very high standard for doctors because I have had many doctors who have treated me like a number not a person. Not Dr. Hamawi and Alexina. My family is truely being cared for and that is hard to find these days.

I have found Dr. Hamawi and her staff very helpful and knowledgable. Being new to the area it was nice to find a doctor that I felt comfortable with and was willing to spend the time with me to discuss my needs.

My sister liked Dr. H so much that she recommended her. Now, Dr. H takes care of my whole family (kids and adults). She quickly and accurately addressed some long-term health issues that troubled us for many years. Whenever one of us has a problem, it shows that Dr. H is thinking about our medical treatment even after we leave her office. I have received several unexpected calls from her at home to disuss medications or referrals to specialists.Her personal attention is VERY impressive, especially at a time when other doctors are relying more on physician's assistants or nurses. I actually get to talk to the doc when I have a sick child or if I have questions about lab results. Never had such luck with other docs. I expected to see a lot of positive reviews...So, I must also comment that I have very good interactions with Dr. Hamawi's medical assistant. I appreciate that they run a tight ship, and I rarely have to wait more tha 15 minutes when I have an appointment. And...… I've been a real pain in the butt every time I need physicals for the kids for school or sports. They bend over backwards to help me.

Seeinf Dr. Hamawi was a great experience for me and my family. She was able to fit us into her busy schedule in order to mee the time that best suited my family. I have since recommended Dr. Hamawi to several friends in the area who have had wonderful experiences as well.
