Dr. Tatiana Leibu, MD

I recently had to switch PCP's as my new husband finally had health insurance (mine ;). Unfortunately my previous PCP was not accepting new pt's. I did not want the two of us seeing different doctors. I am a provider myself and several of my patients have Dr. Leibu as their PCP and absolutely love her. So my husband and I made the switch. I could not be more impressed and happy with our decision. We both scheduled and were seen together for our annual wellness visits. Dr. Leibu provided both of us with one of the most thorough exams we have ever had. She not only evaluated our physical condition, vitals, blood work ect. She also assessed our emotional, social, mental ect wellness. She was so caring and genuinely wanted to know us. Unfortunately I had an accident and had to see her again for an urgent visit. Not only did she see me immediately but she scheduled an urgent ortho appointment for me the very next day. Dr. Leibu is an amazing Doctor. I will be switching my children who… are 18 and 22 and still see their pediatrician lol. It is time to switch them to an adult provider and I am thrilled to have found one that I can trust 100% for my whole family. 5/5 stars!!

I am so great full that Dr. Leibu made a wise decision by getting rid of her mean, angry, rude of a know it all secretary Kym. She was offal and I dread going to the office or calling in. I went just recently to the office and it was so quiet and calm. Thank you Vicki for being the nice person you are that kept me coming to see my wonderful Dr. that is all in it for her patients.

My family has been going to Dr. Leibu for several years and unfortunately, we are now looking for a new doctor. Dr. Leibu is great, but her greatness does not outweigh dealing with her office manager, Kim, who is a total nightmare. She is unprofessional, rude, condescending, unaccountable and egotistical. We have spent several years cringing at the thought of calling to make an appointment or going into the office. She yells just about every time we interact with her. In addition to her poor attitude, she frequently presents inaccurate medical information that she is not qualified to comment on. My husband and I have also attempted to speak with Dr. Leibu about her inappropriate and unprofessional behavior and have not seen resolution. This is unfortunate, but we are no longer willing to be disrespected in order to see our doctor.

I have to say I love Dr. Leibu. She is so compassionate and truly cares. It is unfortunate that Kim...the Nurse/ office manager is so abusive. She has many issues and should seek therapy. To treat people with such disrespect and to be so unkind leads me to believe she has some issues she needs to deal with. As others have said, she yells and talks down to patients, she and I argued and I called my insurance company. They called her and she hung up on them. I shared this with Dr. Leibu and Kim is still there. I would have to build up courage to call the office and used to pray Vickie would answer. I have left the practice because of the abuse and I am shocked and appalled that she has not been fired. A doctor should never let their patients be abused by someone they employ.

She is a wonderful and caring doctor, she will go to bat for her pts.to get what they need

I really liked Dr. Leibu as my physician. I would have stayed with her if she would have put reins on her nurse, or preferably had fired her. Nurse Kim is rude, disrespectful, mean, loud, and all other negative adjectives. Dr. Leibu will be losing more and more patients if she continues to let this woman interact with patients. Doctor has observed Kim's behavior and obviously is accepting of it. Kim is there and I am not.

Dr Leibu is a great Dr. She doesn't stop until she has answers and is straight to the point and tells you like it is even if it's hard to hear! Vickie is always pleasant and polite kim on the other hand has a very ugly personality very rude and abusive if anyone has had a bad experience with Vickie remember she has to be in that office with that nasty woman all day! Dr. Leibu and Vickie are really there for the patients

Dr. Leibu is a good doctor but her office staff is nasty, rude and crude. Her so called "Office Manager/RN" Kim obviously has identity issues - she has no clue of who she is. She was obviously abused as a child and thinks that by abusing others she is getting back at society. I cringe each and every time I know she is there, knowing that nothing but rudeness and venom would come spewing out of her mouth. Vickie is just a little bit better - she does have some manners. Dr. Leibu should fire Kim once and for good.

I love Dr. Leibu, she is very personable and genuinely cares about her patients. Really like that fact that she herself called me with test results.

Amanda, just to clarify that you more than likely were not talking to the receptionist. With answers like that I'm quite sure it was the RN/Office Manager Kim.
