I had to call the emergency line for my sons doctor trying to get his prescription to a store that was open because the pharmacy we used was closed. I explained to her that when he misses a dose it causes him to have a seizure. She said rudely “ok, what I’m supposed to do about that” I calmly explained that they needed her to authorize the prescription at the 24 hr location of the same pharmacy we already used. She proceeded to tell me she wasn’t doing anything and I should have thought about my son before they closed. She was very rude and and hurtful. I missed the pharmacy and was trying everything I knew how to get my son his meds. The pharmacy came up with the plan on calling his doctors office. I have never met her for her to be so rude to me. I have been crying since our conversation watching my son praying that he is ok until the pharmacy opens.

Dr. Maleeva is very thorough and really took the time to answer my questions. Today is my first visit --so far, I see her as someone who really cares about her patients, very compassionate, patient, and I like how she writes out a plan indicating what I should be doing, tracking/monitoring until my next visit. I am very pleased with her!!!
