Great service, the office can get busy. I always ask for a slow day when I am booking an appointment. Dr Kutsy is very nice and easy to work with over the phone.

It is almost impossible to be seeing by a doctor when your appointment is scheduled, you have to wait at least 20 minutes in the receptionist area and then another 30-40 minutes in a patient's room.

Did my GC medical tests at this office past week and liked the office, staff, accuracy of forms preparation, speed of the medical tests, helpfuless, convenience of the procedure. When we made typo in the forms and even signed - doctor did due diligence to re-verify the forms after us and found it. Office was convenient, and though forms take too much time to prepare for a big family of mine - we were conveniently placed in the lounge &entertainment room, where we could relax in calm environment, and did not have to sit in the reception room where people wait in line. When we called to make appointement - staff was very nice to us by explaining how we can save money and time at their office - by making some tests like Mantou and Flu shots at our local clinic (and have it covered by insurance) before coming. I like when I see that service provider is not greedy and helps you to optimize your expenses. As we have big family (3 kids) - doctor was nice to not only do GC-related testing, but… also show some good care about kids (which she did not have to do for GC). We had appointment at 1:30 PM, and were accepted exactly at this time, though after 6 years in US I'm used to the normal practice at all doctors offices that you wait for half an hour after your appointment time before being invited into doctor's room. I saw 4 patients in line at reception room, so I liked the way they manage the queue to accept everyone as much as possible closer to appointed time. Will definitely come here again if I would need to visit doctor again.
