Dr. Tatyana Zigadlo, MD

I had the unfortunate experience of being matched with Dr. Zigaldo for a virtual urgent care visit a few weeks ago. Clearly struggling, I explained my situation and prior history to Zigaldo. I noticed no notes written, and a blank look upon her face. She then replied, “you do know this is urgent care, right?” I have never experienced such a condescending doctor, who was so unwilling to listen to a young adult who simply needed advice on a medication that had proven beneficial in the past. This doctor should not continue to see telehealth patients if she is unwilling to take the time to understand WHY a patient may be seeking out telehealth– improper ‘bedside’ manner will continuously undermine your credibility as a provider, no matter your training or intelligence. After wasting a copay on Dr. Zigaldo for a < 10 minute visit, I booked an Uber to an urgent care clinic where my needs were promptly met. If you are looking for someone who cares and is willing to collaborate for a… solution, Zigaldo is not your doctor.

Dr. Zigaldo is one of the most thorough and caring doctors i've encountered in a very long time. She picks up on the smallest of details & takes her time with her patients.
