Saw her for a telehealth visit as my PCP was unavailable. I’ve been sick for 7-10, tested negative for all respiratory viruses, and have had double worsening. Told her my concerns due to chronic moderate asthma and a history of sinus infections worsening to bronchitis and/or pneumonia if left untreated. She told me I had a cold (“no symptoms of a sinus infection”) and wait another week to check symptoms. I went into urgent care directly after the appointment and they let me know I have a sinus infection and signs of bronchitis starting. If I had waited, it could have turned into a severe asthmatic event.

She does not listen and is condescending. She would not stop talking long enough to hear my symptoms. Go somewhere else.

Answered in depth questions. Gave me three options on new medicine.
