I chose psychiatry because I?ve seen how deeply mental health struggles can affect individuals and families. I want my patients to feel safe speaking honestly about what they?re experiencing, especially during the most vulnerable moments in their lives. Building trust and helping people move toward healing with dignity, empathy and support are some of the most meaningful parts of my work.
