"Taylor Catrett, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of
Nurse Practitioners. At Conviva Callahan, she provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a
dedication to medical excellence.Mrs. Catrett completed the rotations for her APRN degree at the University
of Florida Family Practice in Yulee, Florida.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Family Nursing Practitioner,
at Chamberlain College of Nursing, 2018. She completed her Associates Degree of Science in Nursing,
2013, Associate Degree in Arts, 2013, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 2015 at Florida State College at
Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Florida. Mrs. Catrett is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society for Nursing
and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
She is excited and eager to bring her love of patient care and expertise to the Conviva Family and the
Callahan Center. As a resident of Callahan …and Nassau County, she looks forward to meeting the members of
the community and taking care of them as she would her own family, which was one of her driving forces to
becoming a Nurse Practitioner, to care and treat for those in her hometown."
