Wait time was longer than expected. Had very thorough testing on various machines. Each person was professional, not rushed and explained each step.

Dr. Halls services are GREAT. She is upbeat and positive. She is helpful and thorough. However, her office was running behind. Not a little behind but an hour and a half behind. No explanation was given though an apology was offered. My time is valuable just like the doctors. My time with the Dr. was 10-15 minutes and I was there for nearly 2 hours. This is not acceptable. My star rating is only because of the time factor.

I became a patient of Dr. Hall while undergoing surgeries performed by Dr. Gang. Dr. Hall is very personable and talks to you in a way you can understand. She is very thorough and takes the time to explain your condition, treatments, and answer each question. She makes you feel that your case and wellbeing is the most important part of her day. I highly recommend Dr. Hall to anyone who asks.

Dr. Hall has been working with me for my “dry eye” diagnosis for a while now. Her treatment plan is helping where several previous doctors were unsuccessful. Now I just check in with her twice a year and everything stays good. She has a wonderful personality and obviously cares about her patients. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give her 20 thumbs up.

Dr. Hall is a wonderfully nice person with a great personality who makes you feel comfortable from the moment she steps into the room. Her examination is complete and her explanation of the findings is easy to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Hall to anyone looking for an optometrist. You will be very pleased and be glad you did!
