Hello! I'm glad you're here. My name is Taylor Lorenz. I have been working in the mental health field for ten years, including work as a elementary and middle school counselor. I moved from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Denver, CO in 2012 to attend the University of Denver. I hold a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, as well as a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education from the Erikson Institute, in Chicago, IL. I specialize in anxiety, stress, and conflict resolution. I am passionate about helping people learn skills they can use to decrease anxiety, gain confidence in themselves, and improve relationships with others through the use of solution focused brief therapy, among other eclectic techniques.
