Very rude man worst doctor I met, avoid him at any cost

He destroyed my eyes by putting steroids drops for a long time .

Great doctor, very professional. Nice atmosphere office, And very nice doctor.

If you value your eyesight,get another doctor. After having operation on right eye,I was much worse of than before op. Now I can't even drive. No explanation, no trying to remedy botched operation, doesn't answer direct questions. I'm now in the care of different doctor. It's no wonder he was sued and lost for a very similar case a few months ag.

All can be seen in the court's ruling and the admission or malpractice by Dr. Poole. He is now appealing part of this decision due to the large award the jury gave.

Dr. Poole ruined both my eyes . All he cared about was getting paid for the most. Expensive lenses that were not appropriate for me. I should have sued him but busy taking care of my Mom. I have all the reports going back to 2013. I rue the day I met him. I am surprised to see he is still practicing.

Very professional and excellent follow up from surgical coordinator. Staff is courteous .Dr. Poole is very pleasant straight forward and professional.

Don't waste your time with this cattle ranch where you will be walked through every test imaginable like you are part of a herd, just to drive up the cost of your visit- which you will most likely have to pay for at the visit, then wait for them to reimburse once they get paid from the insurance company. My experience: 9 months later, 5 phonecalls, and still no one can tell me why my claim has not been filed, and I have not received a callback -ever- not even from the office manager. Completely inept- medical treatment at its very very worst- the poster child of bad practice, and Dr. Poole could care less about who you are. You get 3 minutes with him, because there are 20 people an hour driven through this 'practice'

Aug. 10 visit: One hour wait for assistant to administer test. Then 30 minute wait to see Dr. Poole. Rushed exam. Diagnosis: Serious glaucoma. 90 percent of optic nerve atrophied. Come back in a week.Aug. 17 visit: One hour wait for visual field test. Then 30 minute wait to see Dr. Poole. Diagnosis: I don't have glaucoma. What about atrophied nerve? Should I worry? Answer: No answer, excempt "Don't worry, come back in six months." Doctor rushes out of office.Tried to get copy of exam record for my new doctor. Rude office staff won't accept PDF of permission letter to release info ("we don't do email.") Their suggestion: "Send a letter." Makes sense given that they seem to model their service after the U.S. Postal service
