Very Good visit today. Dr Scruggs performed an ablation on the nerves around my spine. He was very considerate with any pain or discomfort I may have had during the procedure. I have been very pleased with the care provided by him and grateful for his provision in addressing the chronic pain I live with daily. I am sorry he is leaving the Mobile, AL area. He will be missed. I wish him the best in his new endeavors north of Birmingham.

Dr. Scruggs Took time out to explain to me about my injury. he also carefully explain to me what he wants to do in order to help me with my injury. He also took time out to listen to my concern. Very good bedside manner. He showed me that he cared about my pain.

First visit with Dr. Scruggs. He was very informative. He helped me understand what’s going on with my back and why I’m still in pain after surgery. Great bedside manner.

I spoke to reception on the phone prior to my appointment. Asked them what I needed to bring, license, insurance card, copay? No copay she replied. As I'm signing in my wife comes over to me, upset. The old haggard women at the desk asked her about a copay and when my wife said she didn't her card on her because she was told there wasn't one they threatened to cancel th appointment and withheld the fact we could just pay online later. Highly disrespectful unacceptable staff.

Very pleased to this point. Staff is very helpful and polite. Smooth running visits, in and out. Dr Scruggs seems to be very knowledgable and concerned regarding my issues. I’ve been trying to diagnose these problems for years and should have took this route sooner. I just did not know. Hopefully we will get to the bottom of this. So far this has been a positive experience that is giving me hope. MRI in a couple days. Fingers crossed. Dr Scruggs is the first Doctor that didn’t look at me like I had two heads when I try and explain my what’s going on with my body…

Dr Scruggs is a very good doctor. He takes the time to explain the problem and if a procedure is done he’s going to make sure that you are okay doing the procedure. Very good bedside manners! Also the staff is GREAT! KOODOUS to the staff! Also they are doing a great job with concern on trying to control my pain!
