I would give her zero stars if I could! I am a survivor of deep trauma and I have complex post traumatic stress disorder. I was wanting to try a new medicine that might be more effective for my nightmares, of which I have one every night. Taylor, instead of changing one medicine, changed five of my medicines at the same time even though I told her medicine changes are extremely hard on my health. At the same time she was writing me a prescription for half of my usual dosage of rescue meds. She told me to take my rescue medicine if I had any problems with the medicine changes and she assured me that if I needed more rescue medicine she would give me more. She even said she might have me try one that could be more effective. However, when I enevitably needed more and requested another prescription from her she said that she was uncomfortable giving me more because it went against a policy she had made for her patients. I reminded her that she had offered me more medicine and that I had… a long history of using this medicine without any trouble, and after all, she had only given me half my usual dose. She didn't care. Not in the slightest. No matter what kind of reasonable valid arguments I gave her, she flatly refused to give me more medicine. During this whole time I was having panic attacks multiple times a day and could get no help from her. In fact, she told me she didn't want me as a patient anymore. In the end I had to go to the ER and wait 5 hours while having a panic attack to get enough rescue medicine to hold me over until I couId get an appointment with a new provider. Taylor is incredibly unprofessional and frankly unkind. It was downright dangerous for her to leave me with nothing to help with panic attacks, especially since I have suicidal ideation when I'm going through the worst.i would not recommend her to anyone. In my opinion she shouldn't even have a liscense to practice.
