Taylor Williams (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) whohas over 8 years of professional experience providing therapeutic care to those who have experienced all forms of trauma including domestic violence and sexual assault, depression/anxiety, self-harm behaviors, relationship issues, and LGBTQIA+ issues/other sexual and gender identity issues. Taylorearned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University and also received subsequent training and certifications from The University of Pennsylvania's Center for Treatment and Study of Anxiety.As a nationally certified Prolonged Exposure Therapist (PET-NC, TFCBT-NC) and certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Taylor brings the unique ability to treat PTSD throughout the lifetime with evidenced based modalities. She additionally utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution focused approaches to help people learn skills to manage their issues …between sessions.Taylor’s therapeutic style is direct, compassionate, and down to earth.
