Great primary doctor! Dr.Tariq takes time to listen and is very detailed explaining the diagnosis based on testing. Dr.Tariq has monitor my health problems with details and progress, I'm very happy I found her when I moved to Orlando, FL.

Dr. Tariq was the fourth physician I saw at Family Physicians Group (FPG) within several months: the others had already flown the coop. To her favor, Tariq is pretty and pleasant, but picked her nose twice which totally grossed me out. Her attention span rates a 1 out of 5: She asks a question but is halfway out the door as you begin to answer, then she fires more in quick succession. You can barely ask her any, including those involving relevant test suggestions. Here she proved to be downright unknowledgable. On my last visit, I was handed otc drug samples which were obviously for another patient. Next, my pharmacy phoned for my approval for an antibiotic she ordered unbeknownst to me which I am highly allergic to (and FPG has in writing from me on several forms). This drug was totally irrelevant to my condition as well. Once I told the receptionists I would not be covered for the practice the following year, they did not release my nuclear scan results (claiming they were… lost). It took me almost 5 weeks over the holidays to attain them myself thru the diagnostic center, who said they had faxed them to FPG multiple times. Reading my medical records, FPG wrote that I had cancer when a test Tariq ordered was to rule out any suspicion of such; now this is in my file! Overall, I would not recommend this doctor or practice to anyone.
