Dr. Ted Tao Du, MD

Dr. Du displayed a deliberate disregard for my brother's eye health, leading to irreversible damage that significantly worsened his vision without our knowledge. Despite the considerable expense of ortho-k lenses, we faithfully attended annual check-ups due to ongoing vision issues. Each visit, Dr. Du failed to update the prescription, offering only excuses. Upon switching eye doctors, we learned my brother's prescription had drastically worsened from -200 to -700. This neglect has permanently impaired my brother's eyesight. Furthermore, the front desk staff were unhelpful and rude, refusing to address our concerns. I strongly caution against entrusting Dr. Du with your eye care needs. His intentional negligence and his staff's indifferent attitude have caused profound harm and distress.

Doctors and the workers are very rude.

I had an appointment with Dr. Du and he suggested that I needed reading glasses. He told me to pick out a pair of glasses from one of the display cases. After I picked one out I gave it to the receptionist who told me it would take about two weeks for them to be ready. After about 3 weeks I called them and they told me that the glasses weren't ready yet. So after about a month and a half I called again and they told me to come the next day. When I came back the following day they handed me a prescription for my glasses but no actual glasses. Obviously the people working there don't know what they're doing. I'm never going back to him again

Dr. Du is not one of the best eye doctor in Chinese community. His experience is too light as an eye doctor. Long wait for an appointment and all he cared was how to bill more on your insurance company. I would definitely not recommend to any of my family members or friends.

I thought my blurry vision is from my glasses being too old. Dr. Du didn't sell me glasses, instead, he diagnosed me with dry eye. With proper treatment, I see much better now with my old glasses. I was recommended by several friends to go see him. I made the right choice.

Great eye doctor, I saw him on Saturday for an emergency. Although the waiting room is full (I guess that means he is good), I only waited 20 min. The office staff was very polite and professional. He spent time listening to me, diagnosed my condition, took out the metal from my eye and gave me drops, all my symptoms went away in a few hours. I will bring all my family members to Dr. Du!

I totally agree with one of the reviews saying that this is a fast food clinic. The staff who did my eye exam. Was very rude and disrespectful! The doctor all he cares was try to sell you a pair of more expensive glasses. This is a slaughter house!

Incorrectly charged my insurance company for his service, too long of waiting time, spend less than 6 minutes with a patient.

first of all his staff are very unprofessional and disrespectful to the patients, he has no bedside manners trying just to do a business,he prescribed the wrong eye glasses for me ,i returned to his office several time to get my eye glasses changed ,he refused to do so.horrible DR don't ever go to him.

As a new patient he should ask some questions about my problem or take some tests but he didn't ask any questions or do any tests. Fast food doctor. In and out within 3 minutes. The only reason I went to him was because my other doctor's office was closed.
